i stayed in a four-room villa. it included a dry kitchen and a sizable pool. the customer service was good, and staff were friendly. we could call a buggy to get to the splash jungle or go to the breakfast hall (it was very convenient).

the room could have been cleaner (i found some dust). the shower flooded the place, inconvenient. the hotel seemed divided into blocks. the food felt mass produced.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection of items. The resort is large, so buggies provided transport around the hotel. The water park offered entertainment for a few days. The beach had awesome qualities (waves proved tricky for family).

The location is near the airport. Getting around outside the resort requires taxis. The hotel is far from other areas (a 30-40 minute drive to patong).

The room was spacious (we booked a family suite) and cleaned daily. the breakfast buffet had a good choice of foods. the pools were nice. My kids liked the waterpark.

the reception staff seemed slow. the shuttle service was not always prompt when requested. the hotel generally looks worn when you compare it to its website photos.
